Core Sales & Business Development Responsibilities
1.Prospecting and lead generation:Identify and qualify potential customers, distributors, partners, or resellers in assigned overseas markets through online research or local visiting.
2.Conducting market research: Monitor local trends, competitor activities, pricing dynamics, regulatory changes, economic conditions, and customer preferences in their assigned countries/regions. Provide feedback and insights to headquarters.
3.Get customers' contact: By online marketing(on Facebook, Instagram, etc) or face-to-face meeting locally, get customers' Whatsapp number and give feedback to sales headquarters in China.
4.After-sale support: Coordinate order fulfillment, track shipments, resolve issues (delays, quality complaints, returns), and ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
5.Language and cultural bridging: Use fluency in local languages or English and cultural awareness to overcome barriers and build rapport.
